NeverZero is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], registered under [COMPANY NUMBER] ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Your public LinkedIn profile URL. You give it to us on the home page. It is the only thing we need to identify the posts to support.
- Your email address and billing details. Collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
- The public content of the posts you publish, so we know what to support and when to stop.
We do not ask for, receive, or store your LinkedIn password. We do not have access to your LinkedIn account, and nothing we run acts from it.
Why we process it
- To provide the service you paid for (contract).
- To take payment and meet our accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To answer you when you contact us (legitimate interest).
Who else sees it
- Stripe, our payment processor, for billing.
- PostHog (United States), our site analytics provider, for the usage measurement described under Cookies.
- [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]'s engagement network, which delivers the engagement on your posts. Members of the network see your public posts — the same posts anyone on LinkedIn can see.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
NeverZero customers are marked so that no Podawaa marketing email is ever sent to them. You will receive service messages only: your Stripe receipts, and a reply if you write to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your subscription is active, plus the period our accounting obligations require for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to [DPO CONTACT]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies
The NeverZero site uses no advertising cookies. We use PostHog to measure how the site is used: pages viewed and clicks on the sign-up form. We also record sessions showing how visitors move through the page; those recordings are made with OpenReplay on servers we operate in France and never leave them. What you type into form fields is masked in those recordings. Both tools store an identifier in your browser for this purpose. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page it hosts; those are governed by Stripe's policy.
