These terms govern your use of NeverZero, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [COMPANY NUMBER].

What the service does

We add a first wave of engagement to the posts you publish on LinkedIn, from real profiles in our network. Every post you publish is picked up automatically; there is no monthly cap on the number of posts.

What the service does not do

  • It does not access your LinkedIn account, and never asks for your password.
  • It does not publish, comment, or message on your behalf.
  • It does not guarantee a number of reactions, a level of reach, or any business outcome. Engagement volume varies with the post, the moment and the network's availability.

Price and billing

The subscription is billed monthly in advance, at the price shown on the home page, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your country and status. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the period already paid is not refunded pro rata.

Satisfied or refunded

If NeverZero is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment by replying to your receipt. We refund that first payment in full, with no justification required. The guarantee covers the first payment of each customer once; later periods follow the cancellation rules above.

Your commitments

  • The LinkedIn profile you submit is yours, or you are authorised to act for it.
  • Your posts do not breach LinkedIn's terms or the law.

We may suspend or end the service, with a refund of the unused period, if a profile is not yours, if the content is unlawful, or if LinkedIn restricts the account.

Liability

We are liable for the service we provide. We are not liable for what LinkedIn does with your account or your posts, which is outside our control.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
